Data Deletion Policy for Job Find

At Job Find, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data, and how we handle that data upon deletion.
1. Types of Data We Collect & Store
When you register on Job Find using your Mobile Number and PIN, we may collect data to provide our services, which includes:
Account Credentials (Mobile Number and PIN).
Profile Information (Name, Job Preferences, Skills, or Resume Details).
Location Data (To show nearby local jobs).
2. How to Delete Your Account and Data
We provide two easy ways for users to delete their account and personal data:
Method A: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly from within the app by following these steps:
Open the Job Find app and log in using your Mobile Number and PIN.
Go to the Profile / Settings section.
Tap on the Delete Account or Delete My Data option.
Confirm your choice. Your account will be instantly deactivated, and the data deletion process will begin.
Method B: Online / Email Request
If you are unable to access the app or want to request deletion externally, you can email us at [Insert your business/developer email here] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please provide the Mobile Number associated with the account.
3. What Happens to Your Data After Deletion?
Once you submit an account or data deletion request:
Immediate Access Removal: You will be logged out, and your profile will immediately become invisible to local employers and other users.
Permanent Deletion: All your personal information, including your mobile number, profile details, and saved preferences, will be permanently deleted from our active database servers within 30 days.
Exceptions (Data Retention): We do not retain any data unless legally required by applicable laws or to prevent fraudulent activity/abuse on our platform. In such cases, the data is completely anonymized.
