Voter ID Seva ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Bubble Pro / csctool.online as an independent, assisted-service platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.
By using Voter ID Seva, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
1. Who We Are
Voter ID Seva is a Common Service Centre (CSC) assisted-service utility that helps users submit requests related to Voter ID (EPIC) services, such as document download and mobile number update/linking. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Election Commission of India or any government body. We act only as a facilitator that forwards user-submitted requests to a CSC operator for manual processing through official government portals.

2. Information We Collect
When you use the App to submit a service request, we collect the following information directly from you:
- Full Name
- EPIC Number (Voter ID Number)
- Mobile Number
- State
This information is entered by you voluntarily through the in-app form for the sole purpose of processing your Voter ID Download or Mobile Number Update/Link request.
2.1 Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect your precise location, contacts, camera/microphone data, browsing history, or any device identifiers beyond what is minimally required for basic app functionality.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information you submit is used exclusively to:
- Generate a pre-filled message containing your service request details.
- Forward that request, via WhatsApp, to our CSC operator for manual processing on the official Election Commission (NVSP/Voter Helpline) portal.
- Communicate with you regarding the status of your request and deliver the final document (e.g., PDF) or confirmation.
- Collect the applicable service charge (₹60 for Download, ₹50 for Update/Link) via UPI, coordinated separately over WhatsApp.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your requested service.
4. How Information Is Shared
4.1 WhatsApp / Meta
When you tap "Submit & Continue on WhatsApp," the details you entered are transmitted as a pre-filled message to WhatsApp, a third-party messaging platform owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. This transmission is subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. We do not control how WhatsApp/Meta processes or retains this data once it leaves the App.
4.2 CSC Operator
Your request details are received and processed by an authorized CSC operator (Bubble Pro / csctool.online team) to manually complete your service on the official government portal.
4.3 We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
4.4 Government Portals
As part of fulfilling your request, your Name, EPIC Number, and Mobile Number may be entered by our operator into the official NVSP (National Voters' Service Portal) or Voter Helpline platform, which are operated by the Election Commission of India and governed by their own privacy terms.
5. Data Storage & Retention
- Form data entered in the App is used only to construct the WhatsApp message at the time of submission.
- We retain request-related information (such as WhatsApp chat history) only as long as necessary to process your request, respond to follow-up queries, and maintain basic service records, after which it may be deleted.
- We do not maintain a centralized database of user Voter ID information beyond what is necessary for active request processing.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or messaging platforms is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted via third-party platforms like WhatsApp.
7. Your Rights
You may:
- Request details of the information you have submitted to us.
- Request correction or deletion of your submitted information (where processing has not already been completed with government authorities).
- Withdraw consent for further communication by contacting us at support@csctool.online.
8. Children's Privacy
Voter ID Seva is intended for use by individuals who are eligible voters (18 years or older) in India. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
9. Third-Party Links
The App may reference or redirect to third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, UPI payment apps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party platforms.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
11. Disclaimer
Voter ID Seva is an independent, third-party assisted-service application and is not an official Election Commission of India product. All government services referenced in this App are ultimately provided by the Election Commission of India through its official channels; our role is limited to facilitating and assisting with request submission.
