This Privacy Policy describes how QuickEarn ("we", "our", "the App"), developed by Bubble Pro, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using QuickEarn, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve the App:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and login credentials when you sign up (including via Google Sign-In).
- Usage Data: Tasks completed, coins earned, redemption requests, referral activity, and app interaction data.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and IP address, used for fraud prevention and analytics.
- Payment/Redemption Information: When you redeem coins, we may collect your PayPal email, UPI ID, or gift card delivery email to process your reward. We do not store full payment card details.
- Third-Party Task Data: When you complete tasks via integrated offerwall partners (such as surveys, app trials, or video offers), those partners may independently collect information as described in their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To track task completion and credit coins accurately
- To process reward redemptions
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
- To send important account or service-related notifications
- To improve app performance and user experience
- To display relevant advertisements (via Google AdMob and similar ad networks)
3. Third-Party Services
QuickEarn integrates with third-party services to provide task and reward functionality, including but not limited to:
- Offerwall Providers (e.g. Tapjoy, AdGate Media, OfferToro) for surveys, app trial, and video-based tasks
- Google AdMob for advertising
- Supabase for secure backend data storage and authentication
- Payment/Redemption Partners (PayPal, UPI providers, gift card issuers) to process reward payouts
These third parties have their own privacy policies governing the use of information they collect. We encourage you to review their policies.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate the App (hosting, analytics, payment processing)
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of QuickEarn, our users, or the public
- In connection with a business transfer, merger, or acquisition
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data storage and secure authentication, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request account deletion at any time (see Section 9).
7. Children's Privacy
QuickEarn is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Reward redemption features may require age verification. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- You can access, update, or correct your account information within the App
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
- You can opt out of promotional notifications in the App settings
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR (for EU users)
9. Account and Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, email us at the contact address below with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
