Data Deletion Request
If you would like us to delete the personal data associated with your Print Portal Service account or requests, you can send us a deletion request directly on WhatsApp. We will confirm and complete the deletion within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.
What Gets Deleted
- Your name, phone number, and email address on file
- Any document details you submitted (Aadhaar/PAN/RC/Voter ID/DL numbers) for a service request
- Request history and generated PDF copies stored on our servers
Note: Basic transaction records may be retained for a limited period where required for accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal/regulatory purposes, even after a deletion request.
How to Request Deletion (via WhatsApp)
- Tap the button below — it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message.
- Send the message from the same mobile number you used in the app (this helps us verify it's really you).
- We'll confirm receipt and process the deletion, typically within 7 business days.

You can also send your deletion request by email to Mjenterprizesco@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number.
Verification
To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., confirm the mobile number or email linked to your requests) before completing deletion, so that no one else can delete your data on your behalf.
